A lifelong lover of animals, having grown up with dogs and other pets, I have always wanted a career dedicated to animals. I also have a keen sense for creativity, which I enjoy pursuing in my daily life.  After hearing about dog grooming as a possible option that combined my interests of dogs, art, and hands on work, I enrolled at the Cape Fear Community College Dog Grooming Program and graduated in July 2025.  There, I completed 128 hours of on hands grooming training and 64 hours of lecture and theory, and I also received my First Aid & CPR for Pets certification. I am now ready to continue my journey in the profession. Currently located in Wilmington NC.
